They also argue that the archaeological data of Canaan does not match up with the Exodus. Critics state that there is no record of the Hebrews in the Egyptian records and that the plagues would have decimated Egypt but this is never mentioned in Egyptian records. It seems the case against the Exodus is Overwhelming.
