Did Moses write the Pentateuch? Are these books historical or folklore? The most dominant theory in Old Testament studies is the Documentary Hypothesis which rejects the historical authenticity and Mosaic authorship of the Pentateuch. If the Pentateuch is folklore and Moses did not write the Pentateuch, Jesus, the prophets and the Apostles are in error. Patrick Zukeran is the Executive Director of Evidence and Answers. He is the host of the radio show Evidence and Answers (www.evidenceandanswers.org). He is the author of several books including The Apologetics of Jesus co-authored with Norman Geisler, God, Eternity, and Spirituality (ed.) and Unless | See… Is There Enough Evidence to Believe? He earned, a Th.M. from Dallas Theological Seminary, a D, Min. in Apologetics from Southern Evangelical Seminary and is currently a Ph.D. student in Biblical Archaeology at Veritas International University.
