We want every traveler to enjoy this tour and be aware of the physical demands of the trip. We will not have services such as assistance with eating, toileting, help standing, climbing stairs or being pushed in a wheelchair, etc.  If you have a medical condition that could affect or restrict your travel, please consult your physician before booking. The activities suggest that you be in good health and be able to walk possibly 3 to 5 miles per day, walk on uneven terrain, climb stairs without assistance and be able to handle your own luggage.
